The highly anticipated film “Atrangi Re,” starring Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, is all set for release. Directed by Ali Abbas, this film has been garnering excitement among audiences for a while now, thanks to the presence of two prominent action heroes from Bollywood. The film has now received a U/A certificate from the CBFC (Central Board of Film Certification). However, along with the certification, the makers have also been asked to make some changes in the film.
CBFC’s Report
According to reports, visuals lasting for 14 minutes have been blurred in three different scenes. Approximately 57 minutes into the film, one scene has been reduced by 19 seconds, roughly 25% shorter than the original duration. It’s unclear whether this scene contained violence or intimacy. Furthermore, a brand name has been changed in one scene. A disclaimer regarding alcohol has been added to a scene, and finally, the makers have to provide CBFC with a clarification comprising simple, sign, uniform code, and other details. After these changes, the film will be ready for release. “Atrangi Re” has a runtime of 2 hours and 44 minutes and is scheduled to release on April 10th.
It’s worth mentioning that besides Akshay and Tiger, “Atrangi Re” also stars Tiger Shroff, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Alaya Furniturewala, and Manushi Chhillar. Additionally, Sonakshi Sinha makes a special appearance in the film.
Speaking about the star cast of the film, producer Vasu Bhagnani, in an interview with Bollywood Hungama, said, “I believe that even God was with this film. It’s not easy to bring such a cast together for a film, especially on such a grand scale. With God’s grace, we have been successful.”
This update provides insights into the recent changes made in “Atrangi Re,” adding to the excitement and anticipation among fans awaiting its release.
